Well, I have decided to resume my blogging activities. As you may already have noticed, I have not imported any of my posts from my previous blog. I might have some posts there that I would rather retain for use in this blog, but no. Many of the posts that I prefer over there involve me roving on about some random topic or criticising some people whom you may or may not know.
Well anyway, onto the main point of this post. I’ll keep it short.
The theme that I am currently on allows me to change the header at the top of the page to my whim and fancy. That’s great and all, until I realised that I don’t actually have something good to fit into that space. The current one looks rather douchey, so I’ll probably shoot something tomorrow morning to replace it. Speaking of which, I’ll be joining a photoshoot later this morning at the Istana hill. Decent models for $30, can’t complain much there. Portraiture is fun!
Anyway, I realised that the scope of my photography is somewhat limited. I purchased my camera back in December 2008. Within the span of 11 months, I’ve shot mainly event photography, portraiture and street photography. I’m not saying stuff that it’s good to buy a Lomo camera(cranky things that produce images with whacked contrast) or start dwelving in abstract themes or whatnot, but you get the idea.
I’ll post up some stuff from the shoot when I get back and do some light touch-ups and all. I’m going to bed now.
Hmm. Think I’ll keep one post after all. I’ll decide later.
